Pricing FAQs

What's a render?

A render is every time we generate a dashboard image or view. If you refresh a dashboard, that's one render. Scheduled snapshots count as renders too. Most users stay well under their limits.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade anytime (takes effect immediately). Downgrade anytime (takes effect at the next billing cycle). No penalties, no hassle.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Processed securely through Stripe. For annual plans or enterprise, we can do invoicing.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet, but it's coming soon! When it launches, annual billing will include a discount (probably 2 months free). Early adopters will get notified first.

What if I go over my limits?

For Starter plan: Your renders will pause until next month, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited. I'll email you before you hit your limit so there are no surprises.

Will prices change?

Possibly during beta as I figure out the right pricing. But early adopters will be grandfathered in at their current rate forever. That's a promise.
